(link updated Feb. 2019)
New prospective officials will need to create a username and login, then register for the class.
New referees will have about 4-5 hours of online material then three nights of class room instruction. The online material is required to be completed prior to attending the classroom clinic.
The 2019 dates for the new referee clinic are March 19, 20, 21, 2019. in the evening from 6-9 pm (The length of the classes may be shortened if the material is covered quickly.) All three nights must be attended.
The classroom location is at the Great Falls Orthopedic Center, 1401 25th St South. Parking is on the west and south sides of the building. Enter through the west doors, go up the escalator, turn right and follow the signs to the classroom.
New refs will also have an opportunity to participate in one or more field sessions during Club practices or scrimmages where they will be able to apply the skills they learn in the class and get a feel for the game in a live play situation. The times and locations of these sessions will be sent out as they are scheduled.
The 2019 recertification modules are ready on Montana Game officials.
